Spend your time hiking, swimming or simply recharge while reading a book or lounging by the pool, all with a breathtaking view over the surrounding rice paddies. Learn a little bit more about yourself, with yourself and others and come on a journey through your senses. With daily meditation, insights to Ayurveda and Yoga Asana you will learn more on how to create Your healthy lifestyle, in every day life and in your diet.

Tiggy’s journey into mindfulness meditation has had a profound influence on the asana she practices and teaches.
Mindful flow is vinyasa with intelligent alignment, buddhist themes and a conscious awareness of breath with movement, all served with a twist of irreverence! She believes that the practice of yoga is to become a kinder person to yourself and to others and to move you into the space of awareness of yourself as infinite, eternal and loving.
Tiggy strives for the middle path between reverence and irreverence on and off the mat.
Counselor & Healer
Clive Guiver is a Counselor and a Healer. With more than 10 years of travel, study, and teaching across Asia, Clive combines his studies in Psychology and human behaviour with a passion for traditional healing methods.
With a clear and compassionate approach, Clive weaves together the strengths of Psychology, Energetic Healing, Yoga and Meditation, to create a practice where the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs are all explored together as a whole.
Yoga Instructor & Ayurvedic Practitioner
Antje has a passion for Life and healthy living.
Antje's teaching style is fluid, modern, playful and dancy, reflecting the many sports and different types of yoga that have influenced her practice. She enjoys flowing to music, manifesting movements and traveling further in her practice, knowing that there is not a certain goal, but just to be in that moment and breathe.
Her classes are inspired by Vinyasa flow, Anusara alignment, Pranayama and Ayurveda. They are a perfect balance between intensity and centering and will leave students feeling high & smiling for hours.
