    - buy a sim card

The drive from Denpasar Airport to Ubud takes about 1.5 hours. Longer during peak hour traffic.

    Organising your flight

The optimum time to purchase a long haul air ticket is two months prior to departure. You can set up a watch on flight costs from Skyscanner.com or Expedia.com.

    Arrival Day - 15th April

If you fly into Denpasar on this day, we will organise your transfer to Ubud for you. Look out for a person holding a sign with your name on it. Walking out will be a tad overwhelming after long flights!

If you are arriving before the 15th, you can organise your own transfer by going to the taxi desk. This service will not try to rip you off, and they speak English very well. That said, it’s a good idea to speak clearly and slowly.

You can check-in to Villa Gaia from 3pm.

    Departure Day - 20th April

We will have a morning practice, followed by breakfast. We need to check out by 10am. If you have a late flight, you can store your baggage at Villa Gaia until it’s time for your airport transfer.

If you fly out of Denpasar on this day, we will organise your transfer for you. If you are staying on in Bali, you will need to organise your own transfer to the airport. This can cost $15-30 depending on where in the island you are traveling from.

The island of the gods has plenty to offer, especially if you are into wellness, arts and cultural experiences.

    Tiggy

    Yoga & Meditation Teacher

Tiggy’s journey into mindfulness meditation has had a profound influence on the asana she practices and teaches.

Mindful flow is vinyasa with intelligent alignment, buddhist themes and a conscious awareness of breath with movement, all served with a twist of irreverence! She believes that the practice of yoga is to become a kinder person to yourself and to others and to move you into the space of awareness of yourself as infinite, eternal and loving.

Tiggy strives for the middle path between reverence and irreverence on and off the mat.
